What problem does your business have?
One sentence is enough. It does not have to be phrased in accounting language — “we grew and there is less money”, “I think two clients are costing us”, “the numbers arrive too late to be any use” are all perfectly good starting points.
The more specific you are, the more useful the first reply will be. You will get a straight answer about whether the problem can be solved, roughly what it would take and what it is likely worth — and if the honest answer is that you do not need me, you will get that instead of a pitch.
What happens next
- A reply within one business day, usually with two or three follow-up questions
- A 30-minute call about the decision you are facing
- A fixed-fee proposal in writing, with scope and delivery date
- An honest referral elsewhere if that serves you better
Before you worry about the data
Nothing needs to be attached now. When it does, it is read-only reports — never banking credentials — and names can be replaced with codes first. An NDA can be signed before the first call.
Rather just email?
Same result. The form exists only so the first reply can be specific rather than generic.
